before your visit ensuring everything is clean and the beds are made to make
your visit as relaxing as possible. We also provide a complete turn around
service if you wish to rent out your property We will check your property after
the tenant has left ensuring that any costs can be recovered from deposits and
we will clean your property ready for your next customer.
Price inc our property watch service and 1 visit per year starts at 149euro.
Additional visits start at 50 euro this includes our arrival and departure package |

| Winterization Package |
Our
winterization service is available to all Property Watch and Property
Care customers at a reduced cost of 100lv and as a one off service at
150lv
This service prepares your property for the very cold Bulgarian winter,
we had temperatures as low as -25 last year. We will turn off the water
supply to your property and drain the toilets, bowls, pipes and the
boilers where necassary to help prevent any damage.# We will restore
the supply and check that everyting is in working order at the start of
Spring. |
