Free Property Advertising
For a FREE PROPERTY ADVERT simply send us a
description of your property and a selection of photos of the inside
and outside of your property we will review them and confirm acceptance
before your property is listed on our site. There is no costs involved
with the listing. We charge a fixed fee of 600 euro or 3% (whichever is
the greater) if a sale is made as a result of an introduction by us.

Additional costs when purchasing a property
There are Notery fees, Taxes and legal fees of between 4 to 6 %
There is an agency fee of 3% with a minimun charge of 600€ |
